Is Mortimer becoming a town?
This image shows the proposed site for the 350 houses. This will physically add to the size of Mortimer adding another 25%.
Assuming these houses have an average of 3 people living in them, there will be another 1,050 people. Mortimer’s population is around 3,800, this would be an increase of over 25%
